Absolutely loved our stay at this location with my family. Close to close to everything we needed as a visitor bus , trains , grocery store, restaurants and so much more . Staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast freshly made and clean . Rooms nice and clean and everything was great . Thanks to every staff member who is wonderful and helpful
I recently stayed at Best Western Greater London and overall I had a pleasant experience. The location is very handy, close to public transport and with shops and restaurants nearby. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. What really stood out was their coffee shop. I went there late in the evening, and it was such a relaxing spot — warm lighting, good music, and friendly staff. The coffee was excellent, and I had a panini which was surprisingly tasty even at that hour. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. If you're after somewhere affordable, convenient and with a cosy late-night option for coffee or snack, this hotel is a great pick.
I’ve stayed at this great hotel twice, both times for about nine days and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. The service is consistently excellent, and the entire team is so friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Iqra, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — her kindness and professionalism really stood out. They also have a lovely coffee area with amazing coffees, and my personal favourite, their delicious Chai Latte! It’s always a pleasure to come back, and I’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommended!
